Classes for Adults

This program is designed for parents who wants to learn Mandarin with their kids.  Mandarin Tea Tiem is a program run by the Word International Inc. using Berlitz inspired method.  Some of the parents have already tried the class.  The feedbacks are very positive. We are very fortunate to have Ms. Bing Wei to teach the class.

Ms. Bing Wei was born and raised in Shanghai and attended the Boarding School affiliated with Fuda University. She speaks standard pitched Mandarin. Her first Mandarin teaching experience was in London while she was a college student.  Bing was approached by a group of parents who were in the process of adopting Chinese children. 

Ms. Wei is a writer and a poet.  She published her first essay at the age of 15 in Shanghai.  The language teaching experience has enriched her scope of understanding her native tongue.  Bing was later trained to be a Mandarin language instructor with Berlitz.  She taught in Hong Kong to corporate clients such as Hong Kong Land, McKenzie & Co. and Morgan Stanley.  Although Bing's main career has been in journalism and corporate communications, teaching Mandarin has been her on-going passion due to her innate interest of the language as a published novelist and poet. 

After moving to the States, Bing combined her Mandarin teaching with corporate communications consulting and developed personalized packages for executive who conduct business with China.
